This content drop is the most disrespectful, embarrassing, & tone-deaf release that Ive personally ever seen by EA, & I fear this is going to open up the floodgates to even worse future content. To give content-priority to Celebrities (with literally ZERO legitimate Football experience outside of H.S.) BEFORE giving content to the athletes who quite frankly made this entire EA Sports Cashcow a reality is nothing short of a betrayal to this Community.
The place for trash content is on Madden. For the sake of casuals arguing, by “trash” content I am referring to these absolute CIRCUS drops like the Hollywood drop in Madden, the plethora of OOP dogshit that floods half of Madden (Bo in 9 positions, FS Mike Evans, 6’9 WR from GT). Sketch, SHANE GILLIS? A comedian w/ ZERO NCAAF history. Why don’t we let LeBron James join the circus too?
This shit takes priority over hundreds of actual NCAAF legends. The Mannings, LarryFitz, Megatron, Marino just to name a few but there’s hundreds more.
If we allow this drop to succeed without making our voices heard, then we can bet the monopoly EA has maintained on Sports gaming is going to end as a result of hollow, lazy and unrelated content poisoning a once great fanbase.
