What is the multi-pass House Rules?

I saw the new House Rules game rewards multi-pass plays, what is that?

Is that just running double pass "trick" plays from the playbook over and over for extra points, or has the game been tricked up in some other way that has not been explained?

I played a couple games last night, best as I can tell is long passes are worth more and can steal points from your opponent, the button for certain receivers is simply not available on some routes which led to me getting sacked when I didn't realize it until too late. I didn't see any double pass shenanigans yet.
