Best theme team?

I'm thinking of starting a theme team and I'm wondering what is the best one to do as well as what it means fully. I've seen many comments saying "this fits my 50/50 ____ theme team" and I have no idea what that means. But anyway I just want to know which one is this best and I have about 7 million coins, I sold pretty much my whole team about three weeks ago before rush and now I'm trying to get back into it. Thank you

it just means you have 50 people with the same team chem. You can change any player to any school in the upgrade tab for 15k each player (you do not get these coins back upon selling so pick wisely). At this point I think all theme teams get the same boosts so it doesn't really matter who you pick but to be safe I would pick a top 15 team (they got the best boosts earlier in the year. Playbooks counts as a player and you can change the punter/kicker to get an extra one. There were a handfull of schools that got cards that had x5 chemistry (I have Troy Smith for OSU, i forget the other ones) so you can try and get those as well. Cards that are out of position DO NOT count towards the 50/50 but they will still reap the benefits of a full theme team. Hope this helps!

i am NMS so don't really have the coins to use to change team chems so i currently just run playbook 50/50

Those ranked boost ended two seasons ago with the SOTW promo. They dont get the boost for being a ranked team anymore. Only extra boosts now are the Theme team boosts for +1 and the Scheme spotlight that give you x2 if they fit your offensive/defensive scheme.

Also what players can you change their chem bc on alot of comments I see people saying u can change the chem

The "best scheme" is purely subjective. It depends on you play style but there are some playbooks that have more plays than others. Each scheme gets slightly different attributes at each number of players but they all end with +1 speed. 

As for the players you can change the team on any card in the game. As for the scheme team you can change the scheme on any Scheme Spotlight LTD and the new season 5 Legends LTD's, thats it. The other ones you cannot change and you need to get the ones that correspond with the one you want to do.
