EA robbed me of a pack.

Anyone notice the store being glitchy yesterday?

I bought a legends supreme fantasy pack and right before the screen switches to show that you've received it, I received the age-old EA servers are currently unavailable message. No pack. But it was sure to take my green points.

I waited the full 24 hours -- nothing.

Reached out to EA support and they are as useless as ever telling me that it looks like I received all of my packs on their end. My buddy had this happen to them as well and he also never got anywhere with it.

there are several packs I didn’t get including my 96 Larkin. Same shi. Glitched out after the win and never gave me the pack. Won again, nothing.

I've had that happen before and when I looked in my items the pack had already opened on its own

Trust me it will be escalated... Then maybe 4 days later they will claim it's in your inventory , make you clear your system cache in safe mode then when it still doesn't show it's case closed... Good luck being the first to ever receive what you are looking for, makerights are a whole different story, they have to do those but a single player glitch like this which happens to all of us, might as well be ready for a week of chat and the how " I understand being a gamer myself" message then try again tomorrow. Never again... I'll play 25 until they close the servers and just play offline. They give zero .... $#1+$ about the consumer paying their bills
