Braylon Braxton if you can get him in the 250k range. Though I think he's closer to 300k now.

In the 250k and under range, Daniel Jones and Ryan Leaf are probably your best options. Leaf is a better passer, in my opinion because of his throw power. Daniel Jones is better if you like to scramble and throw on the run though. 

I know a lot of people like the Demond Williams card if you have the token to get Platinum Extender on him, but I've also heard his release is pretty bad and that he will randomly make really terrible throws out of nowhere.
