Idk if it really bothers anyone else but it annoys the hell outta me that they can’t even bother getting the equipment right on players. Even with legends. Like take the extra 5 min. fuck, hire someone specifically to update them.
Haha yeah wish you could edit player equipment yourself, the only major issue I have noticed that has bothered me since I got the card is SS-Sage Ryan not having a facemask.
Emmitt looks more like McCaffrey than an old school player. Take 2 seconds to try to remotely match it to their likeness or at least era..
Not to mention Olave is still white smh. So lazy
Yeah there's literally no effort going on in those offices man. It's AI generated pack players slap price tags on em and push em out. We can't even get alt unis to be copy and pasted into the mode. Just a lazy money grab, sad how far ultimate team modes have fallen off (or shifted to comp and destroyed any true differentiation) since they came about. Just unoriginal slop. (EA at least, MLB the shows seems to at least be trying new things, looking for them to bounce back this year- 2K I hear is also awful but I don't play it)

It is extremely bothersome and immersion breaking.
The legends aren't in the game as their own assets. They are using models of existing players already in the game. Michael Vick is RJ Harvey. Marcus Mariota is Dillon Gabriel. They all correlate with someone, so that's why none of them have era specific equipment or what they actually wore.
I would literally do this for them for 7.50 an hour as a side gig lol. Or even just to get the boosters free.
One thing that bothers me as well is, there are some players I feel as if ARE updated. Mukuba changing from 13 to 4 With face mask change. dylan stewart‘s helmet/facemask changing from speedflex robot to axiom two bar and from white max tale wrists to full sleeves.
