Either run a cheese blitz where they exploit the glitch in the middle or they run the zone cheese where they run in a circle with the middle linebacker.

I run some cheesy stuff, but it’s original. The triple option is unmatched. But 6-1 is a little cheesy and somewhat common
The good thing is that most of the ppl that run all out blitzes are terrible. Coming across them in the House Rules, and hit the RB or a couple quick zigs and they either quit the game or change their defense up.
