On Xbox, me and my buddy can’t play duo Squad together but we can play duo or squads with random. Does anyone know a fix to this. It’s been 4 days now and we still can’t play squads or duo together with crossplay on and off

If you're both on xbox then turn off cross-play. It gets glitchy and wont load you in sometimes if you matchup against 1 or 2 playstation players.
I'm on PS with buddies and used to have the same problem when matchmaking gave us opponents on xbox. Used to not let you play against xbox players if anyone on your squad or the opposing squad had any of the season 1 upgradeable players in their lineup at all.
