How do you complete the throw a lob challenges?

I've tried everything.

Tapping the button.

Holding LB and tapping.

Holding LB and bullet passing.

I've tried revamped, placement and accuracy, and classic. It never works.

I just lightly tap Y when throwing it to my HB out of the backfield on one of those nike swoosh routes as soon as he's about to cross the line.

the thing that finally worked for me was putting my rb on a swing route and quick tapping the button. it legit took me like 5 tries to get it off but itll work eventually. just tap RB/RT as lightly as u can to the point were ur not even really pressing the button.
