Team help (position changes, new pickups, etc)

I've just started back into cut the past few weeks and need some advice on what abilities to use, any new pickups? I kind of am not liking shedeur much rn so maybe qb replacements? 200-300k range.

id say raiola at qb youll have about 100k left over id start fluff and sell the rb and sanders and then go pick up dylan sampson at rb for around 60k
