What should I upgrade?

That's my current team. I have about 300K to spend. I thought a DT or QB upgrade would be most helpful, however, I don't really know who to go with. All suggestions are welcome. I'm trying to only pick up Pro Style guys on O and 4-3 on D. Thanks!

Cam Newton at qb, u said pro style and hes probably best for pro style qb
