I want to build a Theme team but I mostly play squads and my boy doesn’t want to/ can’t afford it for the defense. is there a point in me having one or will it just be at half strength the whole time? does it still count my chems? also is a theme team even worth it? I’ve a 95 ovr squad and 2 mil coins

You will still get the boost for your team, and any of your buddies players with the same scheme or team will combine into your total count and vice versa. Just like how running alternate strategy cards in squads still works for your teammates players. This may not show in the pre-game lobby (sometimes it does) but when you enter the game it will show your cards are boosted.
