Workhorse is your best option against rushers, the more you get hit the better you play, they get tired and you don't. Recoup if your offensive line are just monsters

By definition, recoup helps during and after the play, whereas it seems like workhorse is strictly during the play, which is why I prefer recoup throughout my oline. I'm run heavy so I use composure and mobile deadeye on my qb
They're affecting two different things which is why I asked the question. Workhorse helps with injury resistance on tackles and big hits. When you're injured your stats will go down. That is based on your toughness rating. You will see the left side of the player icon go yellow or red.
Recoup helps with fatigue and helps "recharge" your energy when you're on the sideline and in between plays.
