For some reason I can't get the last star for the Mason Graham challenge. I'm on the max difficulty and doing everything the objectives say, but only 4 stars. If anyone knows it would be appreciated

Must be bugged. It’s not registering the 3 tackles challenge.

I was able to complete them all, one challenge didnt register correctly the first time I completed it, but after trying it again for some reason it registered.

Got 2 tackles then a INT and it counted for 5 stars i was about to retry glad i didn't.

Getting tackled on an INT registers as a tackle for you and has for as long as I can remember in MUT.
