I have about 300k to spend and I want to get a QB
I prefer someone with tight spiral and outside of Drew Allar, Will Howard and Brady cook are the top two. Will gets work horse while Brady has the ball carrier stats and higher TAC.
I am open to other options outside the two
I've used both and, personally, preferred Cook. Howard felt kind of sluggish when trying to roll out to scramble if needed and his release felt slower than Cook. However, my play style is sitting in the pocket and only scrambling/rolling out if absolutely necessary, so Cook fit my play style better as well. If you like to scramble a bit, Howard is better since he gets Workhorse.
WIth that said, both are perfectly usable, so I'd probably just go with whichever is cheaper.
I haven't personally used him, but if you wanted to save 100-150k, you could try out Jordan McCloud. He's only 150k and I've heard he's really solid as well, you just don't have that 200k floor like you would with Cook/Howard, so his price could continue going down and you could lose more coins on him in the long term.
Had both, tried Howard for about 5 games and went back to Cook. much better, doesn’t make the errant throws Howard did, faster, arm feels stronger (might just be the release). Howard has a higher throw on the run but felt worse even with the right abilities on. Definitely recommend Cook over Howard.

Did you notice more under pressure inaccurates with Cook since he has Paranoid sense pressure? Idk if that trait even matters, but just curious with Cook specifically.
Used both currently have Howard and I can tell you accurately Howard is way more accurate for me , Cook sails way to many passes m, and Howard has way better Pocket presence, gets the ball out quicker than Cook

No the only thing I noticed is his passing meter would speed up under pressure. neither of them are great at getting pressure throws off compared to a release like cam wards. But cook is a lot better than Howard. Howards throw on the run stat is a scam. His meter speeds up 2x fast and throws balls in the dirt.
