Squib kicks!

So I have been trying to figure this out since day one:

How in the world do you do a squib kick?

To be clear, I’m not talking about how to select it- I’m talking about how to execute it so that it bounces and is hard to catch.

No matter what I do, it’s like a short pooch kick. Any support would be greatly appreciated!

What did I miss? Did I say something wrong? I was legitimately wondering.

He's basically saying don't do it. The people that do that are annoying. Don't be like them.

Is the OP talking about something different?  A squib quick is a legitimate play in football to prevent a return, a "scum kick" is a glitch exploiting low angle kick designed to be unplayable and frustrate your opponent with poor field position.  I agree with Gent & Ihatelegend, it's unsporting and players that do it belong in the inner circle of hell.

@dtman2024, if you're trying to squib to prevent a big return, I'm not sure you can actually replicate a true squib in the game mechanics.  I would advise selecting a directional kickoff play (L or R) and angling the kick to put in the corner.  9/10 this will fence in the returner for a minimal gain, although rarely some people can escape up the sideline for a big return.
