Is there any information on these Tier 2 and Tier 3 playbooks you can get from house rules? Are they just expansions of the Alternate playbooks?

there's no scheme chems, and the offensive ones are pretty meh. tier 2 offense is horrible, tier 3 is cooler has 3 wildcat formations with a couple formations of each variety (singleback/iform/flexbone/pistol/gun) but nothing crazy. Would've been cooler to see more variety/useful formations on offense (when people just spam crossfire and midblitz it limits what you can do on offense scheme wise). Defense is pretty cool I'll probably stay with the defensive books because of the variety in them.
