Memory Tokens Use?

What are these and the story token used for? I put the story one in a set but I can’t find a use for my memory tokens. I heard someone say theyre for sets but someone else said you could use them to upgrade an old legend. Please help, idk what to do

For sets only. It’s a glitch and they can’t be used. I have several that are just wasted.
