I’ve been doing my own research and I’ve noticed. Some of these new 94 Overall cards are worse than cards that came out in Season 3.
Is it because now these new 94 Overalls are just Blue Instead of Epic (Purple)?

their whole system is Champs>Set cards, and with an OVR bump, we get new 94s which ideally would be cool cards, but since they're easier to pull and more common they just tank their stats make them undesirable.

I'd imagine they nerf the newer 94 since, going forward, those will be the "bad" pulls in the new promo packs. Obviously still plenty usable, but they will be super common since they're basically minimum pulls now.
