Got 400k coins and need a new Qb who is the best to get? I’m currently thinking cook or ward

I am a little biased but I personally think Kyler Murray is a steal for 200k, he has excellent throwing stats and a really good runner only downside is that he's a midget. Other than that I would choose leavitt just to save some coins since the difference between him and the more expensive options is not that significant.
