UT is ruined

DDA has killed UT, not fun in the slightest anymore and before you all say anything about skill just don’t. 
 

Ever since Christmas the game has been ruined. I have spent soooo much money on this game and have a great team but it’s pointless I’m honestly on the verge of just not playing UT anymore, been playing road to the college football playoff and it’s so much more realistic and way less DDA. 

Dropped passes and dropped picks kill UT, other team always open on 4th down and like 26, mark it down as a first down. All UT is a joke. 
 

Not to mention the Will Howard I paid $100 for is not worth it in the slightest, no advantage to spend money on the game because you just get DDA on a NMS squad, which I respect the people that don’t spend money, I was one of them until I really got into UT about a month into the game and realized I wanted the new cards and I wanted a better team after playing really good to start the year but now it’s all pointless and I get more mad and disappointed than just having fun.

Whatever they have done to the game after chris is AWFUL!!!

p.s. - This is coming from a VERY disappointed custome. Do better EA.

4th and long conversions and fumbles have gone way up. It’s sad, ea trying to get new Christmas players hooked through da, hoping it dies down in the next couple weeks but it suck. About 4th and long, been playing well today but every fourth and 22 they chuck up a streak to their 93 wr against my Tt boosted 96 corner, he swats it and it phases through his hands and into his receiver for 42 yards and into fg range to tie the game. Smh

Spending your rent money than raging in the forums is super weird

it was ruined since day one this is electronic fucking arts we're talking about here. 

today i was playing the house rules and i called 2 man then show 3 so my corners dont press because pressing is always horrible for me and i knew what this guy was going to do which is throw up a prayer as it was 3rd and 34. so what does my right corner do? just completely ignore my audible to show 3 and continue to try to press, then proceed to not do a damn thing after the wr on a streak beats his press (93 press btw). this corner was the new davison igbinosun who supposedly has high motor and yet just completely gave up on the play. the wr was ian strong with 92 release. davison also has higher strength as well so it shouldnt be that he was just too weak and got bullied. strong has 93 cit and reed, who is my safety who hits him after the catch, has 90 hit power so i cant be too mad at the catch, which he shouldnt have gotten in the first place however if my corner would DO WHAT THE FUCK I ASKED HIM TO. anyways man heres video proof

and to anyone who comes across this whos been spending money on this shitty game, please stop. this company needs to be hit where it hurts which is their wallet and they need to either get their shit together or get the fuck on and someone else makes football video games and we boycott them. catering towards these players with no type of football iq just spamming streaks lobbing up prayers with significantly worse teams is unnerving, damning, disrespectful, etc. and ive had enough of this shit. this was the first football game ive bought from electronic fucking arts since madden 17 and for good reason and nothing has changed and im done for good now. will sell my team and coins off and get some type of reimbursement

As someone who’s played UT for about 7 years. 

this is called gambling. Anyone who says otherwise is either lying to you or themselves. 
 

the best way to (if you actually enjoy the game) is to take that for what it is, and take those times as challenges to play at a higher difficulty or handicap than the other player. 
 

being able to recognize when the cards are stacked against you means you can run a more tight game plan, run on conservative, chew clock, etc. 

the rest is just making peace that it’s gonna happen no matter how much money you spent, or how much more money you spend. 
 

make peace with those and set a hard budget and you’re golden!

It’s like I’m playing on Heisman and their playing on Pro, it’s ridiculous

Ea stock dropped over 17% they gotta re coup those losses somewhere. FIFA and other community members slammed the door on ea.

skill issue

I don't know, feel my wins tend to be against players equal to and/or worse than me in terms of skill & football knowledge.  Someone that clearly has ball knowledge  (you can tell pretty quickly) and are better button pushers than I am at 50 yrs old, I typically lose to.  In those games I know I'm in for a fight.  I just try to stay within a score and hope they make a mistake.  I don't often feel like I'm losing to people worse or equal to me even if they're fielding 95+ god squads.  Just my experience.  

My one complaint is the switch stick.  I  wish it was disabled in H2H play.  I feel like it takes away a major part of the chess match in terms of exploiting matchups, decoying, baiting with motion, etc. that is such a key part of real football.  IMHO it would level the playing field better. 

Btw my team is a 92 almost all BND.  Take it FWIW.

Hate to agree, but DDA is so ass. Fucking 88 overall TE cooked and outran my Denzel Burke. They make low overall players play like 95s. I get wanting to keep people in the game and stuff, but it's way too much. If my team is better, it's just better, sorry. You shouldn't get a magical boost out of nowhere. Feels like the 'Even teams' option in quickplay. Dumb man

That clip is tough to watch man, from not doing the audible to just not doing nothing after. This is why I will never spend extra money on anything this company makes.

People who say “skill issue“ are just trolling. We aren’t talking about getting beat by someone better than us. We’re talking about 97 ovr cards with a overwhelming difference in speed/Acc getting dusted by a 85 overall RB or TE.. in a dead sprint (not fatigued or injured either, fully healthy)

96 ovr teams shouldn’t be getting matched with 90 ovr squads obviously. If it happens, the gameplay should not switch difficulty and nerf players And boost others to make it close. Defeats the whole purpose of the game

It doesn't seem to me that the teams are evened out in these instances. It seems the dda is way too drastic in the favor of the lesser team. When I've experienced dda it's been 88-89 DT blowing up my OL and 90-92 corners locking down my 95-96 wrs and they are just running the same defense every play. It's not like I'm getting out coached. And that's just when I'm on offense. When I'm on defense it doesn't matter what I do my team couldn't fight their way outta a wet paper bag. Blitzes never get home and CB wander around lost. But if I play a team within 1-2 of my teams overall every one on both sides play to their full potential and it becomes about outscheming your opponent. Scheming guys open and reading tendencies and calling the right defense at the right time. Look I'll be the first to tell you I got out schemed or out played. It has happened numerous times and will happen numerous more, but I'm not gonna call shit apple pie and eat it either.
