Booster Packs not working. Anyone else seeing this? Know of a fix?

Having issues with the booster pack drops. They’re not showing up.

Thanks. No fix; it works every other day. 
 

Messaged EA and they said its a known issue.

No fix they just lost money from those of us who couldn’t buy

Did you open them on Sunday/Monday when they updated? You don't get anymore if so, it seems like they just update all the booster packs on Sunday now.

Does that mean we can only participate in 2 a week (or a limited amount) and not all of them when they drop? 
 

Excuse me for asking as I thought we could participate in all the booster pack drops.
