AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO SUCKS AT 4th AND LONG WHILE ON DEFENSE?

Any tips or advice would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance

I’m convinced 4th down is coded differently. I constantly have games where downs 1-3 he is throwing worm burners or taking sacks. But by God on 4th & 18 this dude is threading needles while throwing off balance across his body Lol. 
 

As far as what you can try doing…Playing the sticks pre snap. You can also shade inside or outside if you’re getting beat by the same route repeatedly.

if its 4th and over 10 just blitz
