Unable to access booster packs

I am unable to access booster packs in the Beginner Offers section. 
 

Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes?

My guess is if you opened the "extra" booster packs for Scheme and National Championship they accidentally exposed, you will not get them this week.

It worked yesterday and again not active today.
