How does it work? If I’m defense bust have a 50/50 Alabama and pro style chem team, will my offensive HC teammate’s players get the +2 speed boost if they are also alabama and pro style chem (But he doesnt have a full 50/50).
Yes. Only the players with those chem will get it though. It's the same as using alternate strategy cards in squads. If my teammate has Quarterbacks coach on and I don't, my quarterback will get the boost for that. So if he's running Alabama also (25chem) and has 40/50 total, those 15 players will get your chem addition to bump him up to 90/50 obtaining those last few level boosts.
I'm not sure if you both have 50/50 for both if it would be +4 speed, that would be nuts but I could see it being possible.
