Is it better to max out on chemistry when building your team ? Also, I just started playing this again any tips to getting coins?

only way to get geniune coins rn is play online, and win, and pay money.also I dont know what you mean by max out on chem but if you mean build a theme team its mainly about your choice.

That’s what I mean is it better to go theme team with the boost they give? Especially starting out with a limited coin pool. Or slowly build a team of high overalls

Not really worth it to go for a complete theme team until max overalls are out unless your a streamer/ get paid to do this and can cough up the cash to keep up to date with all the best players as soon as they come out.

Collect cards with great ratings and traits in important areas, buy LTDs for around 200k because you can always just quicksell them later for 175k (think of it as a 25K coin rental). If you want, pickup cards that have the same scheme as your playbook, only do it if you know you'll stick with that playbook - but don't go out of your way to spend extra on guys of that chemistry yet, just pickup guys that upgrade weak spots as you go. Aaaand of course, spending money always helps sadly, EA is greedy and knows how to bleed people for $.
I love using this website, especially before buying a player, or when thinking about selling one. figure out what ratings mean the most, for example Oline (PBF, PBK, RBF, RBK are more important than PBP RBP).
If you're really starting from 0 id wait 2 weeks for the season to end and then buy the season 5 starter pack, as it will probably be 1-2 overalls higher than the current starter pack in store.
