Is it random or is it always a spot foul. I thought in college it was a 15 yard penalty max.

I thought it was the lesser of a spot foul or 15 yards, yeah.

I’ve had PIs go for 45 yards down the field which I just shrugged off until I was like wait isn’t it only 15 yards
