Is there anywhere in the game where it shows a description of what each uncommon strategy item attributes they impact? Thanks all!

If I understand the question correctly, when you have one equipped, you can go to the side tab in 'My Team,' where you see team chemistry or nightmare boosts, and your current uncommon strategy item in your lineup will show up there. If you hit A on it, you will be told which attributes it affects. If you hover over it, instead of selecting, it'll show which players it affects by shrinking or enlarging their cards (I can't remember which)

As for a database of all of them, no they don't have one, YouTube is your best bet.

I'm curious about this as well. I have been meaning to do this for a couple weeks. Ill try to sort it out Sunday.
