Is there a site or spreadsheet or something that lists out the tiers for abilities? For example, i am curious what is needed for gold takeoff, vs silver. Etc. I am curious on many abilities but the only thing I have seen from other sites is what abilities do, not how to get silver or gold tiers of the abilities.

for cut, the tier of the abilities are based on the season the card came out rather than the stat

Interesting Okay is there an efficient way to look through players to find out who has gold or silver of which abilities or just a manual time consuming thing

you can find the card in the catalog and look from there
