Can someone explain the Vick can't scramble right thing

All my QBs can scramble left and right including Vick 

What exactly are people talking about when they say Vick cannot scramble right

I am missing something

I honestly think it’s people that don’t know how to slide their OL protection, double team the DE, identity the Mike, and read pre snap blitzes.

I think it's moreso that right-handed QBs take a neutral stance/position in the pocket (rather than their weight and postioned on their back foot). With a right-handed QB, you can easily navigate and escape the pocket left or right. However, left-handed QBs are also stanced to the left so in order to escape the pocket right, they basically have to turn around and do a 180, which by that time the d-line can get to you.

It's manageable and able to be mitigated though.
