For the last month or so in CUT and with the way the market is it's like EA makes us work double to afford the newest players. Like seriously, the rewards have drastically decreased for those looking to not spend money but also keep up with the newest cards. The way I have been making my coins so far have been strictly through seasons, gauntlet, and champs. All of the rewards for those way less rewarding than they were a month or 2 ago. Winning the gauntlet every week isn't the same as it was as season 2 when pearce was going for 2 mil + for majority of the whole season and you can get a good well deserved chunk of coins by getting 9 wins. (which if anyone has tried to gauntlet, it gets SWEATY. ) Not to mention the natty packs you get from sweating your tail off in seasons? They haven't updated the overalls for the minimum you can pull so i'm still pulling 88s which obviously isn't worth jack now. Now the gauntlet champion is already under 1.5 mil and its the first gauntlet of the season and he will continue to drop in price. And that's IF you get 9 wins which isn't easy by any means. So the people like myself who rely on playing H2H to make their coins are just required to give and more time and energy into the game while getting less out of it which isn't the greatest feeling. I get that everything is the way it is and the market changes happened but it just sucks seeing how much harder it got to make coins. Even when I sell my older players when I buy someone to replace them, they aren't worth jack compared to the newer cards so you're just constantly losing coins and it's hard to be consistent. Just my thoughts lmk what you guys think
It's all an illusion to make money on UT i wouldn't worry to much about having the best cards. It's more about scheme and keeping your cool and having fun. I was playing a game today with Moss maxed out at 97 speed and was getting beat stride for stride every play by 89 speed Hall i couldn't help but laugh..

This.
Ratings don't mean nearly as much as people think.
I've had a top tier receiver core all seasons and they routinely get shut down by people running Madden Moneyshot's cover 3 match scheme to the point of frustration.

similar situation for me. I got 97 speed bush and he’s constantly getting ran down by slow linebackers. That free moon mlb card ran him down. unlike you I raged lmao
No one even talks about the natty pack odds still being in July. Friend and I won a campus legend natty and the packs were 80s, 85s, and I think an 89+? It’s really bad.

you can tell from the very beginning of the game if it’s going to be like that. You’ll be paired with a 88ovr team or something and when you go to kickoff the camera angle is different. I play in Wide and these games my camera has been moved to standard on every screen. I started noticing it in season 2. You’ll even see some of your defensive packages are out of place. I just know when it’s gonna be cheese fest and my players will be leveled to whatever I’m playing against. Then the Lag starts kicking in if you have big plays lol. It’s so messed up.

Y’all were complaining for months about lack of content while I kept saying it’s saving our wallets and the gameplay is better.
now they updated gameplay and its feeling like madden and theirs so much content that nobody can keep up.
yall shouldnt have complained and just appreciated what we had. Now we officially have a madden clone. CONGRATS
It's even hard to make coins while spending money on packs... the rush holiday "sale" is some bs to make you spend more... like for example, I spent 400 on opening rush bundles this week, I didn't pull a single ltd that wasn't bnd... they want to limit your coins so even when you buy packs, you only get the best players as bnd, not sellable... so when they get outdated, you can do nothing but buy more packs... or waste your time grinding out the small rewards they do give you for winning, the casual player simply can't keep up without spending money, and even that is a crapshoot nowadays... they will keep milking people like me because we don't mind paying the dummy tax, so who am I to complain right?

How is it run? I get torched when I run match most times.
