i've got just under 400k. what do you guys think i should do?

I’d start with a new FS. Malachi moore 93 is a really good option around 50-60k. Probably pick up a corner or 2 as well. You could get Ashton stamps 93 for around 80k I believe and you could upgrade to caisons 93 for relatively cheap aswell. After that just upgrade what fits your scheme. I’d suggest filling in with some 92-93s that fit your scheme

Thanks bro. I decided to go a little cheaper and grab Caleb Downs and i'll look at corners prob as well
