I am a 92 ovr with 93 defense and 90 offense. I run the ball 70-80% of the time. Using Milroe rn, should I upgrade him, if so to whom. Thx

Cam is best, but Denard under 300k would be most efficient.

I agree with this. You can throw Manziel in there as well as an honorable mention, but unless you throw a lot more, he's not worth the extra coins over Denard.
