Bowl legends challenge issues?

I can’t play the Hutchinson challenges, can’t play the Hamilton ones and I got a free pack from the challenges and that won’t open lol

I was able to play all the challenges with no issues, but yeah, trying to open either pack you get kicks me out lol

Just tried still can’t do Hutchinson or Hamilton challenges

Was able to other challenges except Tyjae Spears. Also unable to open pack.

I got the challenges to work by generate best lineup and playing 

the packs still won’t open
