Why are some of these cards still going for so much when we get ability upgrades next week? Isn’t it 100% guaranteed we get silver takeoff, quick jump and shifty?

Casual players who don't keep up with that kind of stuff. Same reason why new LTDs drop, people spend 800k on the first one posted, then an hour later, it's going for 500k.
