The 94 Oklahoma linebacker is the best user in the game atm and he was around 120k, which is a steal.

Was looking at him and hearing alot of problems with his COD but thanks I have around 200k and a decent team, I'll try him out tonight

I like bissainthe as a pure pass coverage guy. Not great in the run but for the 30k could be a good user on passing downs.

LTD Manti Te'o is still a top end user with his combo of speed, accel, and COD. 

If you're wanting more budget friendly options though, I really like:
