Cards that you hate seeing on the other team.

What are some of the guys that consistently give you the most trouble and stand out amongst the rest.

For a long time you knew you were in for a long game with Peppers, Jalen Carter, 88 Sapp, and Will Anderson in a 4 down linemen set.

I've always struggled against really good Dolac users. I don't know why, I think he's just deceptively quick and people that use him well just completely take away the middle.

Any defense with 6 ballhawks on Morrison, Deion, Downs, McCoy, etc, has also now become a complete f'n nightmare to throw deep or medium on.

On offense? Trevor Lawrence without question. I played one yesterday who had all of the tall receivers to throw to -- Megatron, Herman, Tet, Flannagan. Literally all he had to do was throw it high and I couldn't do shit. They wouldn't even drop it. Milroe and Braxton users don't even scare me as much as Lamar and Charlie Ward used to before the defenses became super fast.

The 92 overall McFadden is nasty too. He moves so quick compared to the other running backs probably because he has the elusive back animations.

I know there's other players at the position with much higher overall at this point but it's still Carter. I have a pretty solid Oline but he can kill my outside runs before they have a chance to develop.

Caleb Downs. That card basically takes away the side of the field he's on. It's a nightmare throwing the ball when I see him.

Hell yes man everyone has ballhawk on him and you literally can't throw it anywhere close.

some budget beast i hate going against is bernard, reggie wayne, amari cooper, or edwards they all have high run blocking for receivers so you know there outside run is gonna be lethal and their receivers are gonna hold onto blocks forever

Funnily enough over the past few days I have seen this exact strategy more and more -- god squads with Wayne and Cooper in their lineup and just running to the receiver's side every time. They even shut down Stutsman and other high level players.

Stutsman, Kuechly, Teo. Bond, McFadden, Megatron. Mlbs are so annoying to stop while running the option. I cannot stand facing people with 10 cards faster than my entire team

I think a bit of increase might be because of the thread i made about them being budget beasts and in my squad but this is another reason i strictly only get corners with high blockshed they dont really affect the market at all so an exact replica with 32 blockshed will be the same market value as an cb with 76 blockshed its the only way you can really counter this strat as well as giving u a huge boost against those wrs with 40 run block but its honestly one dimesional so if you shut down their run game they dont have much to fall back speaking from experience so you dominate their offense no diddy

p.s. another way to counter this is to put ur cbs in a position where ur cb is 2 yards to left or right of the receiver allowing ur corner to get past the blocker and make the tackle should they run to the outside

I hated that Lamar Jackson card; you could use QB contain and have a QB spy, and he could still run out of the pocket for a 15-yard gain no matter how bad the player was. Honestly, though, I’d say that every time I see a Jalen Milroe or Cam Ward QB card, the player always seems to struggle at QB. I lose way more to below 90 OVR QBs than to above 90 OVR QBs.

Every time I face a high-speed, high-ACC, or high-OVR scrambling QB, I win about 85% of the time. These players seem to expect themselves to be Lamar Jackson and win the game without using much skill. Thankfully, at this point, it’s easy to counter them with a simple D-line QB contain. I’ve seen games where they try to run down the middle or out of the pocket on passing plays and just keep getting stuffed for 2 yards. Then, when they do try to pass, they make the worst reads possible, giving me an interception.

The cards I absolutely hate going up against, though, are the pocket passer QBs. If someone is using a pocket passer QB, seven times out of ten, they’re a really good passer. They never scramble, and they always manage to make that one clutch read on 3rd or 4th and long that would make Peyton Manning or Tom Brady jealous. Somehow, they seem to know every coverage weakness, so anytime I see a pocket passer QB card, I know I’m in for a long game.
