Why do players have every team chem????

What’s the point in having team building if you can change the college on your players. Seems stupid to me.

I like it easy to boost stats on a Theme team if you got the coin.

Wait, you can apply any team Chem? Training is so hard to come by right now so I haven't upgraded anyone.

You can but there's no point in doing so right now. It's too expensive and chances are you'll be making more team upgrades anyways.
