I wonder is it a weight to speed ratio… Because 94 speed on a card like Hester is completely different for card like Owen’s which on paper is technically supposed to be faster. But it confuses me also because I’ve seen 89 speed QB’s dart out of the pocket, while Vick feels like he needs a second before he can really get going. Just curious, any comms?

Agility/COD/Accel all play a role as well.
With that said- sometimes it’s just DDA lol

It's straight DDA. I've had players with both lower SPD AND ACC outrun players with higher ratings in those two stats.
