why is his RR cuts so bad? I swear this card run like he aint got no legs and don't swing his arms. I just fully upgraded him and this man out here looking like Lieutenant Dan trying to turn in sand. Even with silver cutter, his RR is S 90, M 87, D 89 so it's not like his stats would be making his animation sluggish feeling. This is from the slot, I have him on the outside now so he's less of a liability in my scheme. I really wanted him for the slot though, anyone else have this issue with him?
