scheme team ratings

for anyone that mightve been wondering which schemes are best in terms of ratings. this is without season 1 and 2 pass players such as caullin lacy included as they are not obtainable anymore. i also didnt include ltds under 90 overall as theyre pretty much obscure now. this is also without team chems added as this is just from doing lineup builder on this site. this is as of 12/8/24 but maybe ill update it just for myself once a week lol

offense

1. air raid and spread tied with 91 overall

3. pro style 90

4. multiple offense 89

5. pistol, veer and shoot, spread option, and run and shoot tied at 88

9. power spread 87

10. option 85

defense

1. 4-3 multiple, 4-3, and 4-2-5 tied at 91

4. multiple defense 90

5. 3-4 and 3-3-5 tied at 89

7. 3-2-6, 3-3-5 tite, and 3-4 multiple tied at 88

i guess this is kinda proof that content is really lacking. some of these team chems actually havent gotten a card at certain positions since season 1. id say for offense id go with spread over air raid mostly because better running backs between the two and for defense probably 4-3 between the 3 defenses. id also say this probably isnt worth doing over having the team of players you want rn and waiting until end game to do team schemes especially with some of these cards not really benefiting from the attribute boosts like say the oregon 4-2-5 de getting +1 finesse while having 80 fmv and 85 pmv
