So what's the new coin method now that the eggs are officially gone?
I've been grinding the Homegrown Heroes event. 7 wins gets you a 93+ non BND. They're still selling for between $25-30k. Now, considering 5 wins gets you $25k in the Study Hall mode, the homegrown event doesn't seem worth it but I've pulled several 95s from that event and that's an easy 50-60k for 7 easy, casual games. Put on chew clock and you can breeze through the games. Fumbles and picks and sacks are super easy in that event as well so it's great for the Alumni field pass objectives too. I'm sure there's probably a better coin method but this is what I've been doing mostly. ✌️

How do you put on “chew clock” ? I’ve been wondering but not seen it in menus.

Click in the right stick before you choose a play - on offense in this case.

Every play ? Or just once per game ?
Thank you by the way !

Some are once per half (particularly chew clock) and some are once per game. They can also stick if you replay a challenge, but not when you move to the next one.

Thanks Oats, you just saved me hours. Well that or I’ll just do more of the challenges I thought were too time consuming previously 😂
I can tell y'all what I won't be doing for coins! That sweaty af CPU event 90-94 or 95-99 round of 16! I jumped in the lower one just to see. Hahaaaaa, yeah no. If I gotta work and think that much I'll just play H2H. What do y'all think? Too sweaty or nah? I'm thinking the new season event that starts on Casual has my name all over it. 🤣🤣✌️
The 95-99 cpu event. Easy 35k coins after winning 4 games. Just keep mid blitzing and chew clock. Haven’t lost a single game and I’ve played 16 so far. Just beware the cpu kickers are godly and can hit it everytime from 65+.

What's the format? I'm still finishing up other areas before I try this.
4 quarters, 2 minutes each. But do you remember the Valentine's Rush event that was so difficult it was infuriating? This is the little brother to that thing. I only tried the 90-94 event. Couldn't make any passes beyond a drag or a screen because even if my players look open, the CPU defenders will super hero speed boost their way to knock the ball out or stop you for a loss. The CPU run defense is the BEST run defense in the history of run defenses, however my bought and paid for run defense plays like a bunch of first year Pop Warners who can't shed blocks or fill gaps. Lol. I'm simply not trying to struggle that much outside of H2H games. At least in H2H the rewards are worth it. If you win the big prize in these events, I think you still have to win the whole event a total of 20 times just to get enough rings to get a free 99. I think I'm avoiding this one like the plague. Lol. They added a 3rd event yesterday which seems to be a mirror of Madden 26's The Run event where you play a certain amount of games (5 for Madden) with difficulty increasing after competing a round of 7 games. It starts on "casual"and I can confirm it is casual on the first level.

I tried blitzing the crap outta the CPU but it just burns me on RPOs. Every time. It's like none of my players can shed blocks in these modes.

Make sure your rpos are set to pass conservative. GL 60 base has also been working for me, I’ve gotten multiple sacks and 3 and outs running that. Inside shade your secondary and make sure they’re not pressing so they don’t get beat deep . Having gold quick jump on my edge rushers is the only way I’ve been able to sack them. Blitzing is the only way to stop them because my D gets torched if I don’t blitz.
I've got my rpo settings on conservative but haven't tried the goal line yet. My CPU opponent seems to know if I'm using the same things over and over and WILL usually find a way to screw me. Lol
