This is definitely your best option to get guaranteed coins. 17ishk per season/natty and 2 field goal packs which could give you something to sell (unlikely, but possible).
Once you get over 100k, your an start doing small market flips on content days (find which cards consistently sell for above minimum on non content days, buy them when they drop to min price, then relist later in the day or the next day, usually pretty easy to way to make 5-10k profit per card).
