I’m not sure it does all that, but I’ve used every strat card and it boosts more players than any other.

I got lucky enough to own this Strat card and yes it boosts everybody by +1 because awareness and acceleration are huge in upgrading players. Unfortunately I am not wanting to sell

Yes it does every player on my team boosts up +1

As others have said, the Kansas strategy card is pretty good, as on my teams it has upgraded almost every player during the season by +1 overall (my RT Dramodd Odoms Signing Day card didn't upgrade from 96).

Before I was able to pick up the Kansas card, I used the Indiana card, which is pretty good too.  You still get the +2 Awareness, but get +1 Play Recognition instead of Acceleration.  It gave pretty much everyone a +1 overall too when I was using it.

What if I told you that there is a better strat card that everyone can get for free, that boosts +3 awareness?
