How is it even possible to have such awful and limited content?

It’s comical, making a player to release is so easy, yet devs can’t seem to drop more than a few guys at a time. Some of the best players in the nation don’t have upgrades. Is it really that hard to have a promo with 20+ cards like almost any Madden promo?

devs already just use goofy animated play models for the card art. it takes no effort to make a player.
