The first 3 levels are easy - casual etc etc. Level 4 - professional I have to use a scrub team with an unfamiliar playbook and vs my own team ?
I wonder if every game is like this or just the first one ? Anybody know ?
Regretting having Stukes , Mason, Holliman, Sean to throw against with 80 odd receivers they gave me.
Btw I took 2 false starts, 1 because I couldn’t figure out I was the “other team Oregon State instead of Buffalo” and the 2nd because I couldn’t find any familiar plays 🤭
Ugh, lost 10-7 to my own squad, had a Hail Mary from the 48 to win but no dice.
I got Mossed by my own Heisman takeoff Moss 🤣
FYI, 1 loss and back to the start of casual you go, can’t just go back to the 3rd level.
Haha I just experienced this myself, thought I'd get a couple casual games in before work, nope!
Thought it was odd when I couldn't find any of my fav plays, then ran the first play with Wuerfel at QB.
First play fumble, return TD. Was able to grind out a drive to tie, but my squad ran all over these bums and scored a FG late to knock me out of game 1. And although I hadn't see it was only 1 loss max before I started, I knew it was coming.
So after spending a couple hours playing 21 really easy games, I'm done after this ambush.
Not sure if it's better to just play the first 3 levels, get the 60 frags , lose and repeat. I'd imagine the 7 prof games will be a frustrating experience.
One strategy I'm going to try is setting my worst lineup before I start into the Professional games. I wonder if it takes your current active lineup when setting up the game.
Sounds like a fun event. Too bad my wins aren’t tracking and EA said it is a known issue.

I did wonder about sabotaging my lineup next time. The CPU level wasn’t overwhelming so if I can knock my team down to even a 96 it would be doable.
If you get there before me let me know how it goes. Then I wonder if game 2 will be the same ? If so it might be time to shop the 70-79 part of the auction house 😉

I can confirm the tank strategy works for game 1, and I beat em up
Now will it be the same for game 2? Im a bit worried EA did some BS like change it up, so I think I will put some good playeers as backups in my lineup in case its a trap and we have to play as our team in that game

Yeah, I played the first 3 levels with my full power team, then went to my worst lineup to start level 4
Left it that way through the 7 games to finish that level
While it was easy, I will say the CPU cheese is still a thing. My kicker playing QB was dropping dimes I could only wish to do with my JD5

Tank for all 7 games. After game 1, I did put my best guys are backups, thinking EA would change it up at some point during the 7 game run, and we'd have to play as our team, but nope, all 7 games are against your own team using current lineup, and CPU doesnt sub in
