Currently have 50/50 team chem with 3-3-5, but I just feel ineffective at D, especially against the run.
Is it worth selling off my top guys (including Sauce Gardner) and switching over to a 4-2-5 or just try other looks on D?

I mean if you are not having fun currently, there is no reason not to change things up. 4-2-5 has been mine for a good bit now and I enjoy it. DBs are solid now with Tysheem, Jabbar, and now dennard. Only issue is LBs are a bit lacking.
I don't personally think scheme chems are worth it for any defense right now- but if that's the sole thing you're after then yeah just look at the TT ovrs they have and pick the best squad you see. 3-2-6 will be worse against the run though playbook wise imo,

Not necessarily an answer to your question, but I find that 4-2-5 stops the run better than 3-3-5 personnally, and with good pass coverage LB's it can also handle passing pretty well.
