For the Theme Teams how do you combine Team and Playbooks to get both at 50/50

I did Georgia and it seems I need to have some Georgia players are either starters and direct backups not just on my overall roster is that correct? Anyone know the numbers required.  I noticed that Georgia Playbooks also add points to get to 50 but not stadium/uniforms. Also what does Lovetts +5 do?

For the Playbooks again it seems you need to have some of these players are starters and backups not just enough to have them on the overall roster. If you use the correct playbooks you get +25 but then these might be different from Georgia ones so that is removed. 

I don't understand how you can get 50/50 in team and in playbooks if there is a starter and direct back up number that must be hit.

Start with the playback, then change all team chems of the players who aren't your desired team.
