I'm a NMS 93 in CUT and have 2.5 million coins left. The lineup you linked doesn't account for bonuses.
You can also play people out of position to get your overall higher. I have MLBs rated at 94 on both OLB positions for instance.

I’m at 93 on cut didn’t know it was possible to get to 94. Best fullback is 91 best offensive tackles are 92s After boosts. If anyone can link the 94 team I wanna see it

Play the auction house. It's super easy. Sell all promo cards before new drop, buy a ton when the new one drops, and sell them back the next day.
I laid out 1.5 mill coins Wednesday and made 500k coins by the next day alone. It's super easy.
Follow some of the big streamers if you can't figure it out. I've seen people with 10 million coins.

I’m a NMS player too but how did you get your overall that high? I was always NMS in MUT and was able to keep up with overalls easily bc earning coins and players werent that hard but the grind for NMS on CUT is worlds harder. I’m an 88 and the only reason is I got lucky on 2 BND packs and pulled Gerhart and Manti Te’o

I mentioned it in a comment. It takes a while to scalp and get a big bank roll, but once you have 500k+ coins, it's super easy. Sell all cards linked to a promo the night before it drops. Buy them all back a few hrs after new promo is out, and buy extras. Find the best deals. I buy 15-20 cards in the 90-92 range, but it works with all ranges. I sort by newest and buy all the cards that someone is just trying to insta-sell. It's easy to make 10-20k per card, and if you have patience, you can get more than that. I made 100k a card on 93 BMos for instance.
TyCFB talks about how to do it if you watch his YT. That's where I built the idea off of.
