Has anyone figured out how to play squads without having someone kicked or not able to pick a play? Duos work just fine so what's the issue with trios. One of the funnest game modes because you get to play with friends and it's messed up.

Pick "play as any" instead of selecting who is offense and who is defense. Idk why that fixed it for us, and it sucks that you can't switch it up but this helped us so we could at least play

you can also try readying up in reverse order of who joined the lobby. So lobby host ready's up last. This fixed it on madden, idk about cfb

Do you and your teammate happen to have a OOP what if card of the same player on each side of the ball? If so that is probably why you are getting booted. Same as h2h solos you can't have per say a amari black on offense and defense. Stupid but I unfortunately true.

For the situation where you get locked in an animation (in between plays) and can't pick a play, try having whoever is in control on O or D call a timeout. Doesn't work 100% of the time, but has unlocked the game about 75% of the time. As far for being kicked, no specific advice while in-game - but in the load -up screen, listen for a weird noise during load up. If that happens, it's due to someone on either squad having the same player "What-If/OOP". Super annoying that we can't get a warning notification before readying up. But be mindful, it may not be you or your squad mate. It can be your opponent.

played some squads last night, not really even worth it tbh. There's nobody left to play except people in the top 100 cheesing their way to their 3501 win in june. You'd think 320 natty wins later they might step outside for a change.
